
New year, same old story.
Canadians were given another chance at securing Sony’s PlayStation 5 on Tuesday morning but saw little success and even more frustration.
The next-gen gaming consoles launched last November and although there have been multiple restocks since, many are still struggling to get their hands on the new system.
Gamers cited issues such as site crashes, broken checkout queues, and having consoles go out of stock while attempting to complete the purchase or input payment details. Some shoppers even reported a website glitch that allegedly showed the personal information of another individual.

Terrible experience, but we persevere. You should work on a patch to fix your “view cart” button, many people lost out today because of this

Looks like a lot of people also were booted to the waiting line after having it in their cart. I had it happen 3 times while waiting. 2x while trying to check out. The 3rd time, I actually got to select shipment but was told it wasn’t available for home or pickup. like…what?!

That was horrible. I made it through the queue 3 times, added the bundle to cart only to be bounced back to the queue when I clicked my cart to checkout. I have no idea how anyone made a purchase. Horrible system.

sorry but this is arbitrary and ridiculous, why not make it a number system and do a proper waiting line instead of this disorganized way. I do get it that its limited access, but it doesn’t help when we don’t know where we stand in the line.
