Pizzeria Grano is opening in Vancouver on July 9

Main Street’s newest pizza parlour, Pizzeria Grano, is officially opening this month.

The concept took over much-loved local joint Don’t Argue after it closed this past August, and it’s gearing up to open at 3240 Main Street.

This project comes to us from the folks behind one of Vancouver’s best pizza spots, Via Tevere, and is set to focus on plant-based Neapolitan pizza.

The Pizzeria Grano team told Daily Hive that in addition to the pies made in a mosaic-tiled Neapolitan duomo oven, patrons can expect fresh salads and a selection of antipasto as well.

When it comes to beverages, this eatery will offer local craft beer, a mix of BC and Italian wines, classic Italian cocktails, and kombucha on tap.

In terms of aesthetics, the interior is described as clean and simple with lots of bright, white elements such as stone countertops for traditional pizza-making.

Find this new gem open starting July 9.
