Pikachu macarons are a thing and you can get them in Vancouver

Pokémon GO is all the rage at the moment, so it’s not surprising that Pikachu and friends are popping up around the city, in one form or another.

It addition to roaming virtual and live characters, edible versions are also materializing.

Those who’d prefer to eat their Pokémon rather than catch them can find adorable and sweet tasting Pikachus at Chinatown’s Crackle Crème.

At $2.90 a piece, Crackle Crème’s Pikachu macarons come in either matcha or mango flavours. Crackle Crème’s owner Daniel Wong has been collaborating with Paulin Calot from Gourmand Macaron to create these dainty morsels.
