Where to get this epically sweet pie poutine in Vancouver

Canada Day is one of our favourite events of the summer, and to celebrate July 1 this year, local sweets purveyor The Pie Hole has come up with a mashup straight from the dreams of a five-year-old.

Pie poutine will be available at this spot’s Fraser Street location soon, and it’s a can’t-miss summer treat with a twist.

Made from a combo of two scoops of Rocky Point Vanilla ice cream, topped with pie crust fries, maple buttercream curds, and finished with warm maple caramel gravy, this is a sweet take on the classic Canadian dish.

Get this creation from June 28 to July 6.
