Pho Sho Granville pops up in downtown Vancouver

Editorial note: The Pho Sho pop-up has finished, but you can still head in to enjoy The Granville Room.

It’s the combo you never knew you needed, and a new Vancouver pop-up called Pho Sho Granville offers it: champagne and pho.

While that’s not all the new downtown destination offers up, those are definitely the two things we’ll be ordering first when we head in to check out the 957 Granville Street pop-up.

If that address looks familiar, you may recognize it’s the same location of longtime local watering hole, The Granville Room.

Pho Sho Granville now operates inside The Granville Room Wednesday to Saturday from 5 to 11 pm.

In addition to the bubbles and Vietnamese soup, it offers patrons beer, cocktails, and karaage too.

For eats, expect several varieties of pho and a selection of sides like spring rolls and mango cucumber salad to name a few.
