Pho Khanh Express is officially open at 910 Beatty Street, which is the former location of Le Cassis Patisserie & Cooking School.

This new restaurant has a super low profile online, but if you want to see what it’s got to offer, you can head here during its daily operating hours of 11:30 am to 9 pm.
