Peqish, the grab-and-go restaurant located on 552 Seymour Street, is now available directly at your business or event through their catering services.
We caught up with Chef Nazila Aghtaeea from Peqish to get more details on their endless array of options as well as the expansion to include catering.
The idea for catering began when Aghtaeea had decided to cater at a girls night entailing of various meats and cheeses, sparking the fuse for a continual catering service. This then ensued onto a service that cater to those who wish to try something new within the comfort of their own home or those that need to feed mid-large sized companies.
All of the Peqish foods are prepped in-house at 552 Seymour street and then taken to their destination. Aghtaeea starts her day at the early hour of 5 a.m. and works until the afternoon prepping and cooking, ensuring that all her food is cooked using butter , leaving out less healthy oils. With fifteen years experience in cooking with a specialty in French cuisine, it’s hard not to drool when you see her finished culinary goodness.
Peqish has also extended their service to include a breakfast buffet in Hotel Blue which runs from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily and they are also looking towards expanding to run full catering services along with hors d’oeuvres in the future.
