Pepper Lunch prepping Vancouver location for early 2016

Dec 20 2017, 2:33 am

The wildly popular Japanese import Pepper Lunch, which opened their first Canadian location earlier this year in Richmond, is expanding into Vancouver proper, and are prepping a Cambie Street restaurant for a spring 2016 launch.

The Pepper Lunch concept allows diners to “sizzle it their way,” meaning entrees arrive at the table on a hot plate, and customers cook it to their liking. The emphasis is on meat (beef and pork) as well as seafood, served with veggies and rice and one of their signature sauces. It’s a lot of fun, family-friendly, and not your typical dining experience.

The 36-seat eatery will boast the same menu as the Richmond location. Keep an eye on their social media pages for progress updates.
