Askey was out on a day pass.

The 50-year-old is described as having black hair, light beard and brown eyes. He stands 6′ tall and was last seen wearing a black jacket, grey sweat pants, a black shirt, white shoes and a dark toque.

Anyone who sees Askey is asked to call 911 immediately.
