While Vancouverites deal with rain and cooler temperatures today, skiers and snowboarders in the city can take solace in the fact that city’s three local ski resorts are currently getting hammered with snow.
At Cypress Mountain in West Vancouver, not only is the snow falling on the resort’s runs, the flakes are flying all the way down to the access road.
So, this is @Cypressmtn Road right now! Yes, #WinterTires required! Some lighter snow falling on parts of Hwy#1 & still some water pooling pic.twitter.com/nA8H7yhNPB

At Grouse Mountain, it’s much the same story, as “the flakes are falling” on the resort.
And finally, not to be left out, Mount Seymour is also receiving a healthy helping of the white stuff.
With opening dates that typically hover around late-November to early-December, things are looking very, very promising for this season so far.
So hang tight, fellow shredders. It’s almost go time.
