New Westminster Police searching for 25-year-old "high-risk" woman
UPDATE: New Westminster Police say Xiao Luo has been located and is with her family.
ORIGINAL STORY: New Westminster Police are searching for a high-risk 25-year-old missing woman who did not return home after going out to exercise.
According to police, Xiao Luo was last seen at her residence located at the 300 block of Hospital Street in New Westminster on May 13th at 7:30 pm.

A concerned family member called police two hours later when Luo didn’t return from her workout.
Police say Luo did not take her phone with her and couldn’t be contacted. She doesn’t have friends in the area but regularly connects with family in China.

Luo is described as an Asian female, 5’3”, with a medium build weighing approximately 150lbs, shoulder-length black hair in a ponytail, and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a pink windbreaker, a green hooded sweatshirt, dark green sweatpants, and white/purple shoes. She may have been wearing glasses.

“We are concerned for Ms. Luo because this is out of character and we are told that she has mental health concerns and requires daily medication,” stated Sergeant Jeff Scott. “We are asking for the public’s help to locate her so that we can ensure her well-being.”
