Golden Aura is a new organic eatery that not only wants to nourish your body, but also your mind and spirit. Mahan Khalsa created a menu that has raw and cooked items that are unprocessed, healthy and kind. They also use organic, seasonal and fair trade ingredients.
The space is designed to be very welcoming, relaxing and to encourage a connection to your food and mind. They also host workshops and events to “nurture your health, awaken your consciousness and experience your spirituality.”
Khalsa is a well travelled yogini who after 10 years of absence from Canada has returned with a product line and a beautiful restaurant. Her experience travelling the world, learning the practice of yoga and working on organic farms has strengthen her desire to share plant based nutrition with our dietary diverse city.
