We’ve known Prohibition in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia as a cozy and sophisticated Vancouver speakeasy, but things are about to change.
While the intimate 801 W Georgia Street venue is known for its stellar cocktails and live music – which isn’t going anywhere – the popular hangout has changed things up a bit to give patrons the ultimate nightlife experience with more of a variety of services, including a new menu and some fresh entertainment highlights.

Starting today, the New Prohibition will launch a weekend series of nights that revolve around good food, good music, and good times.
Kicking off the weekend festivities is ‘Thursdays Cure’, followed by ‘Fridays Analog’, and finished off with ‘Saturdays Good Night’ – all three nights have something special to offer.

Guests now have the opportunity to step in and enjoy cocktail hour specials on bites and drinks from 5 to 7 pm (along with new food from 5 to 11 pm), and a late night selection of eats from 11:30 pm till late all three nights.
Aside from those selections, partygoers will enjoy live music from Alex Mayer (5:30 to 8:30 pm) and beats from DJ Science “Matt” after that on Thursdays. Friday will feature the sounds of The Collektiv before DJ Jay Trip Wire, and Saturday Prohibition’s got Dani Le Rose before DJ Shady “Superstar” on the roster.
Table service can also be purchased for a cool $750 per group if you really want to live it up on any of the three nights.
