Can you stand alongside the NBA greats, and become an All-Star?
Former NBA icon and former member of the Vancouver Grizzlies Shareef Abdur-Rahim will lead basketball events and activities at the NBA All-Star Vancouver event series, January 22 to 23 in 2016, culminating in the NBA All-Star Challenge qualifiers.
At the NBA All-Star Kidsfest, take part in lessons from the Official NBA Dance teams, a community basketball art projects, shoot some hoops with friends, meet NBA players and mascots, and register for a Junior NBA Clinic. This family-friendly event is open to all, with enough fun and games for everyone.

At the NBA All-Star Challenge, take your chance to compete in a 3-point shootout, dunk contest, and skills challenge. Compete in one or all, whatever you’d like. The qualifiers at every event will get an all expenses paid trip to Toronto to compete in the Bell NBA All-Star Challenge February 12 to 14, alongside athletes from all over Canada. The All-Star Challenge is free to attend.
Participants under 14 must sign a waiver to compete, which is available on the NBA All-Star Event website.
