If you’ve ever imagined a happy, happy place where you can stuff yourself silly with delicious, authentic Vietnamese food, your dreams are about to come true this long weekend, as Vancouver’s Mr. Red Cafe puts on their first-ever buffet feast for two tasty days.

Here are the basics: It’s happening at Mr. Red Cafe’s Kitsilano location only, on February 13 (Family Day)11 am to 9 pm, and February 14 (Valentine’s Day) from 5 to 9 pm.*

But you have to get a ticket, and they will only sell 100 tickets. Adults are $28, kids under 7 are free, and students ages 7 to 14 are just $17. You can buy your tickets at both Mr. Red Cafe locations.

Mr. Red Cafe is known for their Northern Vietnamese fare, highlighting the tastes of Hanoi, where the owners come from. At their Kitsilano location they do a weekend “Family Meal” selection of traditional dishes, with the goal of bringing people together to enjoy sharing dishes and time together.

Their first-ever buffet event is another great way to try their dishes, from spring rolls to hearty mains and vermicelli noodles–and you can spend time with your loved ones between trips to the buffet table.
