Motonobu Udon just quietly opened in East Vancouver

Motonobu Udon has quietly opened its doors in East Vancouver, making it the city’s newest spot to get slurp-worthy noodles.

Located at 3501 E Hastings Street, the new eatery is on the street level of a residential building.

Patrons can expect housemade Udon noodles in both hot and cold varieties.

Motonobu Udon is open from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and 5:30 to 8:30 pm, although hours are subject to change. Be sure to check ahead of time before you head here.
