Vancouver's beloved Mexican spot Molli Café is up for sale

One of Downtown Vancouver’s most charming Mexican spots could face closure unless it finds new owners.

Molli Café has been a popular (yet unassuming) taqueria and coffee shop since it opened its doors back in 2014.

Known for their authentic tacos and traditional Mexican baked goods, this Burrard street haunt has been a neighbourhood favourite because of both its quality eats and its great service.

The tiny cafe and eatery’s owners told Daily Hive that the space and brand is indeed for sale. Their reason for this? The team would like to focus on “other projects,” leaving Molli up for grabs.

Molli’s current owners have yet to find a buyer so they haven’t set an official closing date either.

They are hoping that whoever purchases the restaurant will want to keep the concept and continue operating the charming space as they have been doing for the past four years.
