'This is Us' star Milo Ventimiglia had a serious workout session in Vancouver

The next time you spot This is Us star Milo Ventimiglia in Vancouver, it might be at the gym.

Ventimiglia took a break from filming The Art of Racing in the Rain, to get a workout in at Equinox fitness club in downtown Vancouver.

The star shared some pics of his boxing session on social media.

Ventimiglia has been documenting his time in Vancouver on his Instagram account while working on The Art of Racing in the Rain.

He’s currently filming the movie with Amanda Seyfried before he is due to return to Los Angeles for production on This is Us season 3.
