Vancouver set to see rain for most of this week

Nov 6 2017, 11:07 pm

After a bout of early, winter-like weather last week, it seems this week’s weather will be a little more traditional for this time of year. Translation: There’s going to be rainfall and a lot of it.

Yes, according to Environment Canada, the sunshine we see on Monday will be short-lived and ultimately give way to rain every day for the rest of this week.

On the plus side, temperatures will be a little more seasonal for this time of year, with daytime highs hitting the high single digits and temperatures at night staying above the 0°C mark as well.

So take heart, Vancouverites.

Yes it will be wet this week. And yes, you’ll need raincoats and umbrellas. But hey, at least it’s not snowing.

For now, anyway.
