“A combination of increased output from US PNW refiners and stable demand has lead to part of the decrease, while [White Texas Intermediate crude] dropping $20 a barrel in five weeks explains the balance of a decrease which was once at a record 163.9 cents per litre back on Saturday, October 13,” Dan McTeague of Gasbuddy.com told Daily Hive.
