Popular Vancouver matcha pop-up will open first brick-and-mortar cafe

What started as a matcha pop-up operating out of Shun Fa Noodle House on Victoria Drive will soon be getting its very own brick-and-mortar location.
Matcha Corner broke the news on April 18 that it’s gearing up to open its first location at Kingsway and Glen Drive in Vancouver.
“We found this space 5 months ago and have been doing renovations to make it the perfect go-to matcha spot in Vancouver,” shared Matcha Corner.

For those unaware, Matcha Corner became a matcha hot spot when it started operating last summer, with many lining up to get their hands on one of its signature matcha creations. It closed its pop-up on Sept. 2, 2024, and people have been patiently waiting for it to come back ever since.
An exact opening date for Matcha Corner has not been announced yet. Be sure to check back here for more details soon.
