Taiwanese tea shop Machi Machi is grand opening on Robson Street
Taiwanese tea shop Machi Machi has announced it will be grand opening this week, and the new concept will be offering some freebies for patrons to celebrate.
From February 26 to 28, the new Robson Street destination will be offering the first 50 customers a free Machi-branded tote bag, and the second 50 customers will each receive a free Machi cup bag each day.
This promo opportunity starts at 2 pm daily. The shop will remain open until 9 pm throughout its grand opening weekend.

The Taiwanese tea shop is known for its selection of specialty drinks like fresh teas, milk teas, and cream foam sips in unique (and adorable) to-go cups as well as takeaway bottles.

Machi Machi currently operates several of its modern stores in Toronto and surrounding areas.
The brand is currently setting up a shop on Robson Street in the former location of another short-lived tea shop, Prime’s Thai Tea.
