First ever LEGO Imagine Nation Tour coming to Vancouver this month
FEATURED ON THE LISTED GUIDE
Everything is awesome! Vancouver’s first ever LEGO Imagine Nation Tour is coming to town, bringing along expert Master Builders and unique LEGO creations galore.
The brick-building extravaganza runs from September 30 to October 2, and features 13 different pavilions and 20 stunning life-sized LEGO models.
Attendees at the show, the largest LEGO building event ever to hit Canada, will have a chance to learn building tricks from one of only eight Master Builders in the world.
You’ll also be able to help create a 40-foot maple leaf mosaic in the Creation Nation and test your engineering skills to build the strongest LEGO bridge in the Bridge Build Challenge.
The Brick Pit will give you a chance to imagine and build anything you like from a mountain of LEGO bricks of every colour and size.
Meanwhile, the newest LEGO Video Games from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will also be available to demo.
- 20 incredible sculptures, including a eight-foot-tall LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers model and a seven-foot-long LEGO Friends car
- 4 digitally-enhanced pavilions, where kids can build a model from real bricks, scan it into a game and get a 60-second gaming experience of their custom creation
- Model display areas for building and showcasing LEGO NEXO KNIGHTS™, LEGO Star Wars™, or LEGO Minecraft models
Tickets are $28.50 for general admission to a specific time slot and and can be booked in advance at the LEGO Imagine Nation Tour website.
The tour has already made stops in Ottawa and Montreal. Here are some of the highlights so far:
