Massive Langley manor relisted for $23.8M after significant price drop
A stunning and massive manor located in Langley has seen an enormous price drop and is now listed for $23.8 million.
The manor, boasting an impressive 15,013 sq. ft. of living space, sits on a massive 28.75-acre lot, which is almost as large as the Granville Island area, which is approximately 35 acres in size.
According to Zealty, the property was first listed in 2024 for $35 million. The manor didn’t sell, and throughout 2024, there have been several price drops. In November 2024, it was listed for $23,800,000, and the real estate agent terminated that listing in May 2025. It was then relisted for the same price earlier this week.

The listing also praises the location, saying, “This magnificent estate is ideally situated close to the historic town of Fort Langley, 40 minutes to downtown Vancouver and less than 15 minutes from Abbotsford International Airport.”
As we previously reported, luxury properties in Metro Vancouver are struggling to find buyers, particularly those listed for over $10 million. Data obtained from Zealty suggests that over the past six months, only two properties sold for over $10 million in Vancouver, and only five in the Metro Vancouver region.
