Langley 'equestrian estate' sold after 12 listings and a price drop

A European-style Langley property featuring unique architecture and design was recently sold, but it took 12 listings and a price drop for the home to find a new owner.
Considering the massive property (13,289 sq. ft.), which was built on top of an even more enormous plot of land (two acres), the new owner received a lot of value per square foot.
Located at 19870 3B Ave., the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom home sold for $5,790,000. According to the most recent BC Assessment (July 1, 2024), the property is valued at $7,480,000, $1,690,000 under the sale price.
The land is valued at $3,062,000 while the buildings are valued at $4,418,000.
