There are two kinds of people in this world: Those who see pickles as a simple condiment, and those who see pickles as a food group in their own right.
Luckily, for local purveyor Kaylin & Hobbs Pickles, Vancouver is one city that loves its pickles, and they don’t care who knows it.

The team at Kaylin & Hobbs learned this quickly after opening their stand in the middle of the food court at the Granville Island Public Market last spring.
After a seriously successful start, these pickles will be hopping across the bridge to another much-loved market – Lonsdale Quay.

North Vancouver residents can expect that same authentic deli vibe complete with that signature neon green pickle sign.
“The bar got bigger, the neon pickle got bigger,” said Co-Owner Chris Hobson.

Hobson also told Daily Hive they were “just putting on the final touches” at their new spot.
