Justin Bieber has styled his hair in dreadlocks again and is facing accusations of cultural appropriation from disappointed fans.

The Canadian singer unveiled the new hairdo in Instagram pictures posted this week while on vacation with his wife, Hailey Bieber.

He shared a snap relaxing on a patio and a selfie.

Some fans were not into the new look.

“This is not it Justin,” one Instagram user wrote.

“J, please educate yourself on culture appropriation… You shouldn’t be wearing dreads… With love,” wrote another.

“HONEY I LOVE YOU BUT THIS AIN’T IT, 😭😭😭” said a third.

In June 2020, the singer shared a statement saying he knows he’s benefitted from Black culture, adding it’s influenced both his style and his music.

“I am committed to using my platform from this day forward to learn, to speak up about racial injustice and systemic oppression, and to identify ways to be a part of much-needed change,” he wrote at the time.

Bieber first sported dreadlocks back in 2016, when he was also criticized for it.
