Tickets for Monday's Jay-Z concert in Vancouver are ridiculously cheap

Grammy Award winning producer and rapper Jay-Z is coming to Vancouver.

The American rap mogul will be at Rogers Arena this Monday, December 11 as part of a massive North American tour that kicked off in California in October.

And you can get tickets… for dirt cheap.

Early on Friday afternoon, there was still an ample amount of tickets available through Ticketmaster for the show, with a number of seats available for under $40.

Over on resale site StubHub, tickets were going for under $15 – although it’s important to remember the prices on this particular site are quoted in US dollars.

Why so cheap?

Recently, artists have begun aggressively pricing certain tickets, like front row seats and VIP experiences, in efforts to price out scalpers who normally multiply face values by numerous amounts. In doing so, they’ve made the ability to get in the door much more affordable than every before – and in this case, less than $15 USD.

So stop thinking about getting tickets and just get them already. In this case, money really ain’t a thing.
