Jamjar Canteen North Vancouver slated to open this summer
One of Vancouver’s favourite spots for Lebanese eats, Jamjar, is expanding once again.
This time, the Lebanese folk food eatery is expanding to North Vancouver with a new canteen.

Located at 122-125 Victory Ship Way, right beside Tap & Barrel Shipyards and The Pipe Shop, the new establishment is slated to open in July.
Jamjar Canteen North Vancouver will have a six-seat patio and 22 seats inside its 994-sq-ft space.

Patrons can expect all their favourite Jamjar’s eats served as wraps, mezzes, or rice and salad bowls. Think Chicken Shish Tawouk, Makali deep-fried cauliflower tossed in pomegranate molasses, lamb sausages, falafel, and all the signature dips.
New details of the brand’s fourth location come just after the announcement that Jamjar’s East Vancouver eatery will be moving two doors down from its current location to 2290 Commercial Drive on May 1.
The restaurant will be open during the transition into the new space, which will feature two concepts in one space.

Jamjar tells Daily Hive that is will soon operate a canteen inside the Commercial Drive location. This canteen will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11:30 am to 10 pm, and 11:30 to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Jamjar Commercial Drive will continue to operate in its existing format alongside the new canteen concept in the new space, which means a small dining room will be open from 5 pm until close.
