FEATURED EVENTS IN VANCOUVER
Vancouver is a city packed full of amazing local artisans and creators. Something about the coast must make us all extra artsy.
But if you haven’t had a chance to see the talent that’s coming out of this city, it’s time to check out the Fall For Local Market.
The annual market is bringing more than 85 local vendors together under one roof at The Pipe Shop Building on Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29. Don’t miss this one, or you’ll spend the next year regretting it.
Fall For Local Market is renowned for featuring high-quality modern brands so you don’t have to worry about searching through mounds of things to find a gem.
Plus, there’s also going to be music pumping throughout the event and free do-it-yourself workshops by Il Fioraio Floral Design that you can take part in. Yes, you could even be leaving with some stunning floral designs custom-made by you.
When you’ve worked up a hunger you can explore the many food trucks on-site to satisfy your cravings.
Bonus: If you’re one of the first 50 people through the doors (on either event days) you’ll receive a free canvas tote bag full of local goodies!
Early bird online tickets are on sale now costing just $3 until April 27. You can snap up yours via Eventbrite.
You can also enjoy two hours of free parking at the Lonsdale Quay Market parkade (123 Carrie Cates Court), and the ICBC parkade (151 West Esplanade). Remember, there’s no ATM machine inside the building but most vendors will be accepting card.
