The VPD has released a statement warning the public about a man who exposed himself to an 8-year-old female student at Lord Roberts Elementary School in Vancouver.
“A child should never have to be exposed to such a disturbing act,” says Constable Tania Visintin, VPD in a statement.
“There’s no doubt this would have frightened the young student. She did the right thing by telling a trusted adult immediately.”
