Attention Caped Crusaders! The inaugural Superhero Ball is coming to Vancouver!

On Friday, October 4, the Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel is hosting the most powerful fundraiser this side of Gotham City. Join the Avengers Alliance in the 360-degree revolving rooftop overlooking Coal Harbour for a night you will not forget.

The Superhero Ball is a red carpet event that will bring together the city’s finest avengers. Indulge in artfully-crafted cocktails, superhero worthy canapés and decadent desserts prepared by resident mixologists and Chef Kevin Greehy. Dance the night up, up and away with DJ Southpaw. And don’t miss the costume contest for most original superhero, best duo and best villain. Bemoved Media and Butter Photobooth will be capturing your best poses throughout the evening.

The event gives all superheroes an opportunity to flex your muscles for B.C.’s kids. One hundred per cent of the evening’s proceeds go directly to BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The event features a silent auction, 50/50 draw and balloon-pop giveaway with hotel stays from Marriott, Ritz Carlton and other luxury brands. Each guest will leave with a Superhero gift bag valued at $50 with prizes from generous sponsors. Holy SWAG, Batman!

2013 marks the 30th year Marriott has been raising money for BC Children’s Hospital. In collaboration with guests, partners and associates, Marriott International has raised more than $66 million to help children in local communities.
