A giant temporary Ferris wheel will be the main attraction in downtown Vancouver beginning next week.

A 60-foot ride will one of the many highlights at the Aurora Winter festival, the five-week holiday extravaganza that will transform Vancouver’s Concord Pacific Place – from November 23 to December 30 – into a hidden village with enchanting elements inspired by the North Pole, including magical characters, captivating light displays, endless fun, games and activities.

Other attractions include a 200-ft long tubing park, a frozen river, and carousel.

The Ferris wheel is going to give guests stunning views of the Vancouver waterfront — perfect for the ‘Gram.

A similar Ferris wheel was set up in Robson Square in October for one-day only. So if you missed catching a ride on that, you’re definitely in luck.

Guests should note that the rides on the Ferris wheel are not included in the admission price.

Get ready to soar high above downtown Vancouver for the ultimate holiday experience!
