Afternoon tea services in Vancouver are the best, and the only thing that makes them even better is when they are holiday-themed.

Several local restaurants and tea salons have prepared some decadent festive teas for folks to enjoy ahead of Christmas.

Here are three over-the-top festive afternoon teas to try in Vancouver this season.

Notch8’s festive tea service is back on November 21 and runs until January 2, 2021. This service offers delightful savoury bites like a Turkey, Cranberry, Mayonnaise sandwich, and sweet treats such as Gingerbread Macaron and a White Chocolate Profiterole, to name just a few.

H Tasting Lounge at the Westin Bayshore has an extra-festive service for people to indulge in this month. The eatery will soon offer a Festive Afternoon Tea during weekends from noon to 3 pm from November 28 to December 27.

This Kitsilano tea salon’s Festive Takeout Holiday High Tea launches on December 1. That’s right, you can take this one home and enjoy, or drop it off to a loved one as a delicious treat. Anyone who picks this set up will get all the treats and a biodegradable three-tier tower, festive napkins and reusable rings, elegant gold paper plates, petite reusable teacups, and silver cutlery. Neverland will also be open for in-person limited seatings with a special holiday high tea menu during the month of December.
