If you’re a real wizard, then you need to check out Vancouver’s Harry Potter Trivia night on February 28.

Grab a team of your favourite pals (no muggles allowed) and head down to The Beaver Taphouse on Granville Street where you can put your Harry Potter trivia skills to the test.
This trivia night is not for amateurs and you probably won’t be able to get by if you’ve just seen the first movie.
We’re talking Sirius fans only (see what we did there) so you should probably brush up on that Hogwarts history.
The questions are laid out like a Hogwarts make-up exam so it asks 10 questions from different subjects, five OWL level and five NEWT level.
There will be some awesome theme prizes like wands, time turners and Hogwarts letters, and the winning team will win a $50 bar tab. There’s also a few bonus prizes that play off the books and movies.
Be sure to put on your best cloak.

Where: The Beaver Taphouse, 1018 Granville Street, Vancouver (Inside the Samesun Hostel)
When: Thursday, February 28, 2019
Time: Trivia starts around 9 pm.
Cost: Free! It’s first-come-first-served, and bar opens at 4 pm
