A one-of-a-kind wining and dining experience is coming to West Vancouver.
Coined as the Harmony Arts Festival, Ambleside Pier will be lighting up for Instagram-worthy shots during its two signature culinary arts events for a period of 10 days.
Building upon the incredible success of Best of the West, a masterful curated food and wine pairing event, the pier transforms into an extravagant fun-filled evening and celebration of mixology culture at Mixology Night on the Pier.
Surrounded by the majestic BC landscape and teased by the refreshing breezes from the Burrard Inlet, there’s no better way to spend a summer evening than with a colourful cocktail in hand.
There will be a talented roster of mixologists including:
- Katie Ingram from L’Abattoir
- Sabine Dhaliwal from UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar
- Robyn Gray from Prohibition at Rosewood Hotel Georgia
- Philipp Karatsyupa from Ancora
The drinks will be accompanied by catered food from Cocktails and Canapes, Mamie Taylors, and Memphis Blues, served at food stations around the pier.
But what’s really cool is that guests will vote on their favourite drink at the end of the night, crowning one bartender as winner of mixology, an honour that will be defended the next year on the pier. One lucky guest will also receive a gift package from Helijet with a value of $500.
There will be a wide variety of food trucks and two dining venues for the full 10 days. The Fish Shack from Glowbal Group will bring a perfect summer menu of fish and chips as well as an assortment of salads to the Beachside Patio, and Café Al Mercato will serve up Italian fare at the Waterfront Lounge.
Enjoy all your meals relaxing on the waterfront, serenaded by the sounds of over 50 free live concerts on one of two performance stages.
