The Harmony Arts Festival celebrates 25 years

Dec 19 2017, 11:48 pm

The Harmony Arts Festival in West Vancouver is celebrating 25 years of visual, culinary and performing arts right on the water.

The festival takes place on Argyle Avenue from 14th street to 16th street in John Lawson Park, Millennium Park, the Music Box and the Ferry Building Gallery. The event is suitable for people of all ages.

This year, expect to see performances by The Boom Booms, The Paperboys and Me and Mae, as well as classic movies like Casablanca in the outdoor cinema by the sea.

And in celebration of their 25th anniversary, the festival is hosting a specially curated exhibit called “25 years, 25 artists” that features local artists who each created a special work of art just for the occasion.

If that isn’t enough, you can stuff your face! The famous Best of the West event features an evening of food and wine pairings that celebrates the best B.C. has to offer.
