Harbour550 is now officially open in Vancouver
A new restaurant concept has popped up in Vancouver — Harbour550 is officially open and operating.
The Coal Harbour eatery has taken over 550 Denman Street, the former location of short-lived French-Mediterranean spot Verre.
While the name and branding has changed, the snazzy interior has not, so you’ll recognize the checkered tile floor and Parisian cafe-style chairs from its predecessor.

Harbour550 offers patrons Mediterranean cuisine with Asian notes but doesn’t describe itself as a fusion restaurant.
In addition to a selection of small plates like Tuna Tartare, Carpaccio, and Mussels, the new concept also offers a handmade pasta program complete with a pasta of the day.

Folks can also enjoy happy hour here daily from 2 to 5 pm, and the patio is heated for those looking to dine outside.
