From Farms to Forks 7: Growing Chefs! annual Kitchen Party fundraiser

With a mission to teach healthy, sustainable food practices to children, families, and the community, Growing Chefs! is a Vancouver non-profit that really works from the ground up…and right onto our tables.

To help raise funds for their various programs, Growing Chefs! will once again hold their delicious From Farms to Forks culinary event on Sunday, October 2, 2016.

For the seventh year in a row, Growing Chefs! is bringing together some of the city’s most prominent chefs, mixologists, and the region’s best growers and producers for a fun night of BC wine and beer pairings, cocktails, and, of course, food.

Guests will have a highly immersive foodie experience, as they wander through the classroom kitchens of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA), getting the chance to watch the chefs at work, creating dishes that will each be paired with a local grower and produce, as well as a BC winery. (And, yes, this event is 19+ only.)

Additionally, guests can take part in a silent auction and raffle during the event.
