Starting from Ambleside Park in West Vancouver and ending at the peak of Grouse Mountain, the race spans over 13 km and features a climb of over 4,100 ft.

Racers who wish to test their fitness, stamina, and mental toughness can either tackle the race on their own or split up the 13 km race amongst a team.
