Canada’s largest gluten-free event is coming to Vancouver
We’ve come a long way from the early days of the gluten-free revolution.
Instead of having to eat dense, dry bread, we have light pastries, delicious meal options, and even beer. Now the gluten-free diet is something people can actually enjoy eating – but there’s still a long way to go.
That’s where the Gluten Free Expo comes in, Canada’s largest gluten-free event.
This annual convention brings everything gluten-free together for two days of learning, cooking, sampling, and buying with some amazing discounts. There will be more than 500 products to try – everything from beer and pizza to breads and perogies. And many of these products aren’t just gluten-free, some are also allergen-free, dairy-free, low-FODMAP, and diabetic-friendly.
At the cooking stage, guests will learn how to cook for a gluten-free lifestyle and still make delicious food. There will also be talks by registered dietitians and other experts at the educational stage, so you can learn more.
