A garbage truck flipped over while attempting to make a right turn onto Browngate Road from No. 3 Road in Richmond – near Aberdeen Centre and Parker Place shopping malls.
The incident occurred at approximately noon, according to witnesses. Traffic on the northbound lanes of No. 3 Road was shut down, resulting in congestion in the area.
Just after 1:30 p.m., the vehicle was flipped back to its upright position and towed away. At this time, it is unclear whether anyone was injured in the incident.
