Vancouver's first all-soufflé pancake spot 'Fufú Café' to open soon
Move over cheesecake – it seems wiggly, jiggly, Japanese soufflé pancakes are about to be Vancouver’s new favourite obsession, and one of the first places to get these exclusive treats is opening soon.

The Fufú Café is opening at 1266 West Broadway. The chic 20-seat, 1,040-sq. ft. spot is set to officially open in early September, which means you’ll soon be able to dig into this joint’s fluffy, cloud-like, and wobbly goodies.
While there are a handful of spots offering this style of pancakes in town, this will be Vancouver’s first all-soufflé pancake eatery.

Fufú will offer both made-to-order sweet and savoury pancakes, including a classic variety topped with butter, maple syrup, “Fufú” icing sugar or sea salt, mascarpone cheese, and whipped cream.
Other flavours include Matcha Mochi, Mixed Fresh Fruit, Earl Grey Milk Tea & Tapioca Pearl, Smoked Salmon & Avocado, Eggs Benedict, and seasonal rotating specials too.
Folks can also enjoy a selection of hot and iced espresso-based beverages, tea lattes, brewed and fresh milk teas, foam fruit tea, and fresh fruit sodas as well.
