Kirin Ichiban Frozen Beer offers an innovative draft beer experience made possible by KIRIN’s original technology. Kirin Ichiban’s Beer foam frozen into -5ºC which creates a unique texture and keeps the beer cold for 30 minutes. The foam on top resemblances that of a an ice cream cone or sundae.
Craft beer drinkers may not be so fond of such a product but we have a feeling that this will be a huge summer time hit in the city. If popular, look for the many other popular japanese eateries follow suit.
