A few days ago I presented you a snippet of Narwuar’s work. Okay it was more than a snippet it was the extended interview he did with N.E.R.D. Let me first tell you why he deserves mention on this site. The Urban Dweller believes that bar none he is the best interviewer out there. I mean look at this guy, he looks like a retarded extra from the movie Brave Heart. However, you can not deny this guy does his research and makes for a good interview.
Nardwuar is a Vancouverite through and through. Is he a little unorthodox? Yes. However, his guerrilla style interviews are a pleasant departure from the normal interviews conducted on the daily. The Nard can be seen on MuchMusic and for me there is no other than the lovely Hannah Simone there is no reason to watch MuchMusic anymore. Back to the Nard, he not only does kick ass interview but this motherfucker is also the lead singer and keyboardist for the local band The Evaporators. The meaning of his name, he proclaims its just a dumb made up of name. We’ll leave it at that. Viz.
