There aren’t too many karaoke spots in downtown but this past Saturday and every Saturday until August 27, Urban Republic will be setting up a Karaoke booth of sorts on Granville Street. The Karaoke Kiosk is located between West Georgia and Robson and will be open to the public from 4 to 8 p.m.
There will be songs in Cantonese, Filipino, Japanese, Hindi, Mandarin. I wonder if “Baby Got Back” is on the track list?
