Fox Series "Fringe" Moves Production to Vancouver

This is a great new series and if you haven’t watched it, I suggest that you give it a chance, especially if sci-fi is your thing.

The second season of “Fringe” will now be filmed in Vancouver as the production plans to continue in NYC have been scrapped. No doubt this is a boost to the local film industry. The industry has actually done quite well despite the loonie being on par a year ago.

This move further reiterates our position as the Sci-fi capital of the world, well at least in terms of film/t.v. production anyways.

With cities and states like New York letting go of their film & production incentives/credits it has been predicted that many more productions could soon move to Vancouver.
