The BC Centre for Disease Control flagged four additional flights Tuesday for risk of COVID-19 exposure on board.

The flights added to the list include:

  • March 5: Air Canada flight 301 from Montreal to Vancouver (rows 34 to 40 at greatest risk)
  • March 7: Swoop flight 183 from Edmonton to Abbotsford (rows 28 to 32 at greatest risk)
  • March 8: Air Canada flight 306 from Vancouver to Montreal (rows 34 to 40 at greatest risk)
  • March 11: Philippine Air Lines flight 116 from Manila to Vancouver (rows 53 to 59 at greatest risk)

The BC CDC says anyone on board these flights should monitor for symptoms for 14 days after exposure. There is no need to self-isolate if a passenger still feels healthy.

The provincial authority keeps an updated list of flights in and out of BC with COVID-19 exposures. The Government of Canada also updates its own list of exposures on domestic and international flights daily.
