Over 20 of Vancouver’s most popular food carts will gather in one spot every Sunday this summer for the return of the Food Cart Fest in Olympic Village.

Starting off on Sunday, June 28, from noon to 5 p.m. food cart fans will find the trucks and carts parked at 215 West 1st Avenue (between the Cambie Street Bridge and the Olympic Village).

Participating food vendors include: Dougie Dog, Le Tigre, Kaboom Box, The Juice Truck, Tacofino, Mom’s Grilled Cheese, Yolk’s Breakfast, Vij’s Railway Express, and many, many more.

In addition to the great food vendors, the fourth annual Food Cart Fest boasts community markets, live music, DJs, craft food vendors, kids activities, ping pong, urban gardening, and other fun things to see and do. The Food Cart Fest is also a zero waste event.

Admission is $2, but the fee is waived for Vancity and Car2go members, as well as for those who bring a non-perishable food donation to the event for the Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society.
