A notable moment on Twitter?
During the 2010 Winter Olympics, I tweeted along with everyone each time Canada won a Gold Medal.  I tried to watch and tweet about every single sport then.  It was a great community experience that seemed to unify Canada.  Another memorable tweet was when UFC Fighter @ShogunRua tweeted to me:  btw, I remember you.

Your best Tweet:
My twitpic (http://www.twitpic.com/3tzms6) about the Long Cock sign seen at Jiajia Supermarket in Richmond was viewed 2285 times, thanks to @Vancitybuzz.

What did you want to be growing up?
I really wanted to be a famous singer when I was young.  I coerced my brother to duet with me on famous Chinese songs.  Other dreams included becoming a ballerina or a fashion designer.

If you could have dinner with 1 person (live or dead) who would it be?
Jesus is my homie.  I’m not ready to meet Him in Heaven just yet though.

Your claim to fame:
My wild years meant I went clubbing and raving everywhere in Vancouver.  I had blonde hair and my outfits were scandalous.  Many people called me by my nickname, No Love, because I have these words tattooed on my wrist.  To this day, a few people still think I am a barstar.  (I really miss the Plaza raves.  Sigh!)

Do you know of a hidden gem in our city?
I could tell you of a certain place and you’ll go there and be filled with wonder.  However, there are “hidden gems” all around us.  They can be found sleeping in the streets, in dark alleyways, collecting cans or on their knees asking for some change.  Treat these people with kindness and offer food to them if you can.  Talk to them because they are lonely or lost in this cruel world.  The life of a human being is the most precious thing in this world.

If you were a superhero, who would you be and why?
I would be She-Ra, The Princess of Power because she’s the first female superhero to inspire me.  I still remember the theme song to this cartoon series.  I cross my fingers and hope that one day He-Man and She-Ra will be made into a movie.

If you were a vegetable, what would you be and why?
I would be an organic, non-GMO, half-rotten cabbage.  It has moist leaves and I have a tendency to cry easily.  And as a cabbage has many layers, there are many different sides to me.  Also, my Chinese name sounds a little like the word cabbage or the word garbage.  Uh, I think I’d rather be a Cabbage Patch Kid.

Recommend a fellow Twitterer that deserves some recognition?
@604insomnia (Well, actually everyone in the #604insomnia crew.)  We’re all panda-eyed owls who drive each other crazy tweeting about food late at night.

Describe yourself in 3 words:
Humbled. Sensitive. Dreamer.
